Here's how to shop our huge range of household cleaning, laundry and personal care liquid refills. Please remember that these products are available in store or for collection only, we aren't able to deliver them.
Option 1 : 'Keep Forever' Bottles
If you're buying our liquids for the first time, just starting to refill, or you don't already have bottles to use at home, this option is for you. Add the liquids you'd like to buy to your cart (if you'd like 500ml, add 5 x 100ml to your cart), and then click to add one of our refillable, 'keep forever' bottles too. We'll fill them up ready for you to collect.
You can then refill them when they're empty, using either option 2 or 3...
Option 2 : Returnable Bottles (Like The Milkman...)
If you're a regular refiller and already have your own bottles at home, this is the option for you. Add the liquids you'd like to buy to your cart (if you'd like 500ml, add 5 x 100ml to your cart), and then click to add one of our returnable bottles too, for a £1 deposit. We'll fill them up ready for you to collect.
Use the returnable bottles to refill your ‘keep forever’ bottles at home, and when your returnable bottles are empty, just bring them back to us and we’ll swap you for full ones!
There's no need add a new returnable bottle deposit when you need a refill, if you'll be swapping an empty bottle for a full bottle, just order the liquids you need. Easy !
Option 3 : BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottles)
If you have your own bottles at home to refill, you're welcome to bring them into our shop and we'll refill them for you, and you can pay in store. However if you don't pre-order, please be prepared to wait a little while to be served, so you might prefer to use our click and collect service and refill your bottles using option 2 instead.
