Olive Oil (100ml)

Aeithalis make the UK's first sustainably harvested, closed loop, extra virgin olive oil in the Kalamata region of Greece. They harvest their award winning oil (Great Taste Award 2019) by hand in small batches, with respect for the trees and for nature.

They are the first olive oil company to offer a fully refillable olive oil solution on tap, and are stocked in over 30 amazing low waste stores across the UK.

In order to adhere to EU olive oil guidelines (to make it legal to sell the oil on tap) the oil is infused with trace amounts of rosemary. It is an infusion in name only and the taste and smell is not affected.

Please be aware that allergens including cereals, gluten, nuts, peanuts, mustard, sesame, milk, soya, sulphites and lupin are present in our store. These can be present in the form of granules, dust and airborne particles.

Packaging

To us: 20L returnable food grade plastic drum. When a new drum is delivered, we return the empty to Aeithalis who clean, refill and reuse it, a fully circular system.

To you: 100% refillable. Bring your own bottle from home and we’ll refill it for you. You can pay in store per 100ml (take as much or as little as you need!).

Storage

Store in an air tight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
