Rubies in the Rubble Ketchup (470g)
A great-tasting, sustainably sourced, 100% natural ketchup that contains twice the fruit and half the refined sugar than other leading brands.
What if the planet’s favourite condiment was also good for the planet ? Rubies in the Rubble are proud to have developed a ketchup that matches the world’s best in taste, quality, and consistency, but that's also sustainable. They’ve focussed on the two largest ingredients in the world’s most popular condiment – sugar and water – and replaced them with fruit and vegetables that would have otherwise been thrown away.
The surplus pears in their ketchup are collected from the neighbouring valley to their factory, and are 'out-grades', or surplus to demand, so they have no other interested buyers.
Ingredients: Tomatoes, Pear, Sugar, Vinegar, Salt, Spices.

About Rubies in the Rubble
Rubies in the Rubble make award-winning condiments that are packed with flavour and purpose. They believe that food should be valued as a precious resource. That’s why their products are packed with delicious ingredients that would otherwise go to waste - not because they taste any different, but often because they’re the wrong shape, size or colour. Their ketchup is made with fresh fruit and vegetables sourced directly from farms, whilst their mayo is made with aquafaba, a plant-based alternative to eggs that is usually thrown away. In other words, less waste, more taste.
