Cotswold Gold is a premium, extra virgin rapeseed oil made using traditional cold pressing methods. This preserves the natural health benefits of the seed, creating an oil naturally high in vitamin E, rich in omegas 3, 6 and 9, and low in cholesterol. They exclusively use crops grown on their family farm in the Cotswolds to ensure that only the finest seeds are pressed to create their vibrant, golden oil. The oil is grown, harvested, pressed and bottled in the Cotswolds.

With its natural health benefits and extremely versatile cooking properties, rapeseed oil has an extremely high flashpoint of 240°C, which gives a crispy finish to fried and roasted foods while retaining its light, nutty flavour. It’s an incredibly versatile oil that can be used for dipping, dressings, marinades, mayonnaises, baking (bread and cakes), stir frying, shallow frying, roasting and deep frying !
