Coconut Sugar (100g). Extracted from the flower buds of coconut palm trees, coconut sugar is an unrefined brown sugar with a delicately sweet caramel flavour. Due to minimal processing it retains many of its vitamins and minerals including potassium, zinc, iron and B vitamins. Coconut sugar is a great choice for cooks as it's so easy to substitute for regular sugar using a 1:1 ratio.

Packaging

To us: 3kg plastic bag. We hope to upgrade this to a 25Kg, 100% recyclable heavyweight paper bag soon, but at the moment we sell a relatively small amount of coconut sugar, so investing in 25kg of it could result in it going to waste.

To you: 100% recyclable and home compostable paper bag, made from 100% recycled paper.
