Cacao Brew - Davao (200g)

From the Davao region, South Philippines, our Philippine cacao comes from a local social enterprise that sources cacao beans from individual farmers and cooperatives. The farms supplying the beans are all close to Mount Apo National Park, which is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, harvested from trees that are planted under forest cover or intercropped with coconut trees.

Flavour notes: Woody, Green Tea and Fresh Mint. Expect the pleasant freshness of mint and green apple with an undertone of pinewood. You might also notice a subtle hint of bergamot zest!

Ingredients: Whole roasted and ground Philippine cacao beans.
