Beautiful caramel tones, a gentle savoury, nutty taste with an underlying richness and a balance of crumbly, chewy and crackly texture. Made with Doves Farm Gluten-Free flour blend, Tahini (a highly nutritious Middle Eastern condiment), Aquafaba (a direct replacement for eggs) and Organic Dark Chocolate and Lemon.
Dark Chocolate, like Sesame, is a great source of manganese. Roughly chopped by hand into big chunks, it gently melts to unleash earthy, woody, musky flavours, that beautifully pair with Tahini, when finally, the citrus tang of Lemon surprises like an unexpected fresh breeze. Perfect pairing? A nice pot of Earl Grey Tea or just to munch on at midnight!
Flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), Raising Agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), thickener (xanthan gum), Demerara Sugar, Certified Organic Dark Chocolate (min. cocoa solids 70%, cocoa, sugar, vanilla), Maple Syrup, Organic Cold-Pressed Extra-Virgin Coconut-Oil, Tahini (roasted hulled sesame seeds), Aquafaba (chickpea cooking water), Lemon Zest, Vanilla Extract (Tenessee whiskey, vanilla), Cornstarch, Salt.
